All rates are in U.S. dollars. State and county taxes not included. Your reservation deposit is the cost of one-night's lodging and must be sent with your registration form. Cancellations made one week or more before your scheduled stay shall receive a full refund, minus $15 bookkeeping fee. Cancellations within one week of your scheduled stay shall be pro-rated based on circumstances.
